On the basis of Doppelring analysis, the innovative design idea of LED surgical lamp is studied in this paper, and the forming process of this technology is selected. In this design, in terms of light analysis, the technique of stacked light automation is used to reduce the loss of the overall illumination, and the all-angle syn-light technique to improve the uniformity of the whole light spot. The LED provides the luminescent technique for head, in which the light can be adjusted, as well as better light contrast and long-term, energy-efficient light for medical surgery. From a medical point of view, an open double loop allows the system to achieve optimal laminar permeability and compatibility of the top of the operating room. The round and non-dead angle design endow the possibility of high-quality medical wiping and disinfection. As for aesthetics, the whole product is lightweight and stable, and the rotation of the inner lamp plate adopts a unique, mechanical design to function.
